Assessment and Development Services

Our assessment and development services are customized to each client, and separate privacy arrangements are agreed at the outset. We always operate openly and with complete transparency. You will always receive a copy of your debrief report, and any other information we gather about you, and we will only share this with designated individuals of your company, where this has been agreed with you in advance. We use proprietary tools, from reputable sources who comply with European GDPR, and who have a designated database manager. We rarely retain your reports, or data on our own systems, and where we do so, we will not retain these beyond the duration of the assignment.

Assessment and Development Weekly Newsletter

Our Assessment and Development weekly newsletter comprises curated content from across the internet, as well as a short editorial that is also posted on our website. We send this newsletter through MailChimp, which is a cloud-based system. The only data about you we hold on this mailing list is your name and email address, and occasionally your company name. We would never share this data. The unsubscribe process is clear and straightforward and so please use this, if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter.
